Varietal Accreditation Pathway for Australian Malting Barley

Barley Australia accreditation is awarded to a variety of barley that has been accredited by Barley Australia as a malting barley. The accreditation reflects an industry evaluation of the variety of barley for malting and brewing, but is in no way intended to limit the use of the variety of barley to only that use, nor preclude non-accredited varieties of barley from being used for malting or brewing purposes. The Barley Australia Accredited Variety logo may only be used where a variety of barley has been accredited and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Variety Accreditation – Guidelines for Barley Breeders (as revised from time to time). The Barley Australia Accredited Variety logo and any associated logos, trademarks and titles remain the intellectual property of Barley Australia.
